One Iron LLC (1i) was established in order to help good people thrive. After years of working in and for large corporations, the founders of 1i felt unfulfilled and frustrated by the world of "Corporations". Our roots are in entrepreneurial, middle-class families who worked hard to build their businesses and capture the American dream, but ultimately didn't have the tools and training that employees of and consultants to Fortune 500 companies do have. These circumstances inevitably put them at a disadvantage. The goal of 1i is to provide small to middle-sized businesses the support and resources they need to achieve their dreams - not ours.
